Project Description

After BTL Agency was approached by Fonterra to create a new Education Series of booklets, I was asked to overview the whole project, given the client was happy with the ideas I had proposed.

For this we created two different booklets to educate different food establishments about ways of using and treating cheese. One to be delivered to high end restaurants and chefs, to encourage new ways of incorporating speciality cheeses into dishes and a second one to be delivered to mid range eateries and dinners with a range of burgers and sandwiches recipes.

I was also asked to work with a food-stylist and overview the photoshoot and illustration of headlines.
